About cake and cupcake toppers:

**What size are the topper?
The cupcake or cookie toppers are 2.5 inch and the cake toppers are usually 3.5 inch high.

**Are the toppers edible?
Yes, We use commercial grade Satin Ice fondant, has a pleasant vanilla flavor for brown color toppers I also use chocolate fondant. However, the fondant has to dry harder on the outside before shipping and so many people choose to use the toppers simply for decorative purposes.

**When should I place my order?
3-4 weeks at least before your event as I do book up very quickly. Once you submit your order and make payment, I will place you on my calendar.

**How long are fondant toppers good for?
The nice thing about fondant is that it has a lengthy shelf life (up to a year as stated by the manufacturer). I use a pre-manufactured fondant to make all my toppers.

**How should I store the toppers?
Fondant decoration should be kept away from moisture. Keep them in a cool, dry space, and do not expose to direct light, sunlight or air conditioning. DO NOT PLACE IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER.

**How are the toppers ship?
I ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days shipping time within the U.S.) and generally ship items 7-10 days before your event date. Usually I ship all toppers Saturday, so you could get them Monday or Tuesday, as soon as the package is shipped I send you the tracking number.

Each topper is sealed individually. I let everything dry thoroughly before shipping and use Priority Mail so that packages reach you quickly. I do recommend making sure someone is available to receive your package so that it doesn't sit on a hot porch or in your mailbox all afternoon. In the warm weather, occasionally the packaging that we use can become sticky.
